S & D Services, Inc. was incorporated in February of 1996 by David and Susan Boutwell to serve the Plastics Recycling Industry through Used Equipment and Plastic Material Sales. David is a Chemical Engineer with 37 years in the Plastics Industry. He has utilized his contacts to purchase used equipment and quality recycled plastics.
